If your email confirmation link doesn’t work, it may have expired. Email confirmation links usually have a limited validity time period for security reasons.
Link Expiry #
Check the email with the confirmation link and see if there is any note about the link validity period.
If you have been added as a user by your account administrator, the email text will say:
“Welcome, [your name]
You’ve been added as a user for Menu Guide. To get started, please click on the button below to confirm your email address:
[verify email address button]
IMPORTANT: This link will expire in 24 hours. If the link has expired, please ask your account administrator to reissue it.“
If the link has expired, you will need to request a new one from your account administrator, who will have been copied into the email you received.
Request a New Link #
If the email confirmation link has expired or is not working, you can request a new one by following these steps:
- Open your email inbox where you received the initial confirmation email.
- Look for the email from the service provider or your account administrator with the subject regarding your registration or account setup.
- Find the option to resend the confirmation email or contact Menu Guide support for assistance by opening a new ticket here.
- Once you receive the new confirmation link, click on it to confirm your email address.
By following the above steps, you should be able to request and use a new email confirmation link successfully. Once you have done this, remember to change your password here: https://app.menuguide.pro/Account/ManagePassword
