Eligibility for creating a new menu

Valid Subscription #

To be eligible for creating a new menu, you must have an active subscription to our service. Please make sure your subscription is up to date to access menu creation features.

Active Menu Cap Not Exceeded #

Ensure that you have not exceeded the maximum number of active menus allowed for your account. If you have reached the active menu cap, you can still create a new menu but you may not be able to activate it (make it visible to the public).

Correct Permissions #

Make sure you have the necessary permissions to create menus. Only users with admin or menu creation roles can create new menus. Contact your account administrator if you require additional permissions.
