Swap Admin Role with Sub-User #

To change the ownership of an account by swapping the admin role with a sub-user, the account administrator should follow these steps:

Access Account Settings #

Log into your account and navigate to the Manage Account > Manage Users section where you can manage user roles.

Identify Current Admin and Sub-User #

Make sure you know which sub-user you want to swap roles with.

Update User Roles #

Click ‘Make account owner’ to promote the selected sub-user to account administrator. This action will demote your account to a sub-user.

Confirm Changes #

Double-check the changes before confirming to avoid any accidental role swaps.
