Reuse an email address

Menu Guide requires every account user to have a unique email address.

This means that users and sub-users can’t:

  • access and operate more than one Menu Guide account with the same email address
  • re-use an email address if they change roles or relocate and want to set up or join a Menu Guide account.

There are two options that may be helpful here:

  • Become a ‘SuperUser‘: If you support several locations and need to log into more than one account, you can request ‘SuperUser‘ status. This provides enhanced access for account directors. It is available with some Bespoke plans (additional charges may apply).
  • If you would like to re-use an existing email address to operate a different Menu Guide account, please ask us to archive the old account so you can create a new account or be added as a sub-user to an existing one.

Account Transfer

Menu Guide accounts and individual log-ins cannot be transferred from one person to another. If a sub-user no longer requires access to an account (for example, if they leave the business) they should be deactivated and a new sub-user added to the account.
